Conditions and Rules of the festival

• The Festival is a charity event; there is no reward or compensation for the participants.
• The Festival participants are to cover travel and accommodation costs at their own expense. The Organising Committee provide: accommodation, catering and sightseeing programme agreed upon and confirmed by the participants.
• A participant choir is to provide printed promotional materials (in English) to be published as posters, booklets and catalogues of the Festival (the resume is not more that 20 lines); each choir participant will get a free catalogue with information on all the Festival performers;
• Each choir will get a Diploma of Festival;
• Each choir take part in the singing of the Festival’s Hymn (music will send in advance);
• A delegation may include accompanying persons in any number;
• Every participant can bring along his own audio/video CDs, DVDs and cassettes with the recordings of the group and sell them during the performances.

REGULATIONS OF THE FESTIVAL

• Participation in Gala-concert of the Opening and Closing ceremony. One work not more than 3 minutes;
• Participation in minimum one concert of the festival. Duration of the performances from 15 to 20 minutes.

• Participation in the International Choral Competition «The Singing World». Conditions of the contest here >>>. Not obligatory.
• Participation in workshops, master classes, choral studio and in the presentation «The Fair of the festivals». The scores will be sent before.

FESTIVAL FEE (for participants and accompanying persons):

"Package 1" - 150 EUR per 1 person (in hostel)

• 5 nights in four beds room (bathroom on the floor), breakfast is not included
• Transfer airport-hotel-airport with guide
• One dinner with other choirs
• Opening ceremony with gala concert of the participants
• public concert performances with other choirs
• final ceremony with gala concert of the participants
• sightseeing tour (by bus with guide)
• one workshop of choral music (with Russian or foreign conductor)
• complete of festival information material

"Package 2" - 240 EUR per 1 person (3* stars hotel, 20 min. by bus from the center)

• 5 nights in standard twin/double rooms, with bathrooms, with breakfast on buffet
• Transfer airport-hotel-airport with guide
• One dinner with other choirs
• Opening ceremony with gala concert of the participants
• public concert performances with other choirs
• final ceremony with gala concert of the participants
• sightseeing tour (by bus with guide)
• one workshop of choral music (with Russian or foreign conductor)
• complete of festival information material

"Package 3" - 310 EUR per 1 person (3* stars in center of the city)

• 5 nights in standard twin/double rooms, with bathrooms, with breakfast on buffet
• Transfer airport-hotel-airport with guide
• One dinner with other choirs
• Opening ceremony with gala concert of the participants
• public concert performances with other choirs
• final ceremony with gala concert of the participants
• sightseeing tour (by bus and guide)
• one workshop of choral music (with Russian or foreign conductor)
• complete of festival information material

Application form

• a story (CV) of the choir (compulsory; in English; max 20 lines) and the conductor (by wish);
• photo of the choir (compulsory, min 1 Mb) and conductor (by wish);
• the planned festival programs, including times and accompaniment or a-cappella;
• CD (sending by post).
